This Shipping Policy explains how The Caliber Company, operated by LOCT SOLUTION LLC, processes and ships orders. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 3 business days before shipment, during which we verify payment, confirm product availability, and prepare your timepiece for secure shipment. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the delivery time stated below. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Once processed, standard delivery time is 8 to 21 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the selected timepiece. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, high-demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Carriers and Methods
We ship using reputable, trackable courier services. All shipments containing timepieces are sent fully insured for their declared value and require a signature upon delivery. This helps protect both you and us against loss, theft, or misdelivery.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at office@thecallibercompany.com; we will make reasonable efforts to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Signature Requirement
Due to the value of our products, all shipments require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at a local facility. We are not responsible for delays resulting from missed delivery attempts.
7. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
If tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first, as they may have additional delivery details (e.g., left with a neighbor, concierge, or mailroom). If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, contact us at office@thecallibercompany.com within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and/or our shipping insurance provider. Because all shipments are insured, verified claims for packages lost or stolen in transit (prior to confirmed delivery) will be resolved through replacement or refund, at our discretion.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@thecallibercompany.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
10. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly stated at checkout or in the applicable promotional communication.
